Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Reschedules are possible up to 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations can be made by contacting Pilbara Heart Horses by text, or phone 0467 644 132.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.

Sessions that are cancelled after this period, or that you fail to attend, will be charged at the full rate of the session.
